What you have to do as a seller to accommodate buyer’s inspections

Do I have to let them come back ten times and look at ten different things during the due diligence period before closing?


If they want to come lick the side of the wall and see what the paint tastes like, that's what the contract says they can do and you're going to let them. That is your obligation, sellers. The contract says you're going to let them come lick that paint and see if that's the paint taste they want in their home. You're going to make accommodations and make that paint wall available to their tongue when they want to come by and see it -sometime prior to closing- because you have to let them do that. Otherwise you, Sellers, are in breach of contract.
