24/7

Hey, guys! Zeno Lancaster with Lancaster Law Firm here.

Talked to a realtor this morning. This realtor is on the other side of closing that I'm helping with, and they let me know “hey, we're working through this little problem, this hiccup towards the end of closing,” and we're talking through that a little bit.

I was giving her some information I could give her about our side of things and where we were and she mentioned “…on Monday, hopefully I can hear from my attorney and we can get this resolved.” Guys… work with an attorney you can get in touch with evenings, holidays, and weekends. You guys work 24/7. It is part of the gig, in my opinion, to help you guys be more competitive.

Reach out to me and let me help. I will be your attorney on the weekends as well. Hope to work with you realtors soon. If we haven't worked together, let's do it. Have an awesome rest of your day.
