Estate Planning Services + Fees

Protect yourself, your family and your assets! We offer a no-upfront cost consultation to go over which packages will be the best fit for you! If you decide to work with us, you'll pay a portion of the fee then and you'll also decide on which payment plan/option is best for you. We also offer a credit option with a third party to make these more accessible!

If you decide to work with us, you'll read and sign our fee agreement, we collect a portion of your total package and that first payment goes toward your total balance owed with us.
How does the process work?
We will schedule a consultation with you (which will be either in person or over the phone, whichever you prefer) to determine what options will be the best fit for you and decide if you'd like to work with us.
We offer a few different payment options. Then we begin the process, send you documents for review, and make any revisions if needed. Then we will help sign and solidify your documents!

Credit card (there's a 3% processing fee with this)

Financing available with "ClientCredit + Affirm" subject to credit approval. This allows you to pay your balance off over time. This service includes a small fee.

Upon request, if you hire us for estate planning within 2 years of your personal real estate closing with our firm, we will offer you 10% off of your estate planning.*

*Qualifying real estate closing or estate planning work resulting in discount must have been completed in 2023 or later.
Package 1:
Full simple estate package (Documents: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 as shown below): $2,250 ($500 savings) per person. For married couple: $4,200.00 ($1,100.00 savings) per couple.
Package 2:
General POA and Health Care Planning Package (Documents: 2, 3, 4, and 5 as shown below): $1,200.00 ($300.00 savings) per person. For married couple: $2,350.00
($650.00 savings) per couple.
Package 3:
Full estate Package (Documents: 1-6 as shown below): $4,950 per person ($800.00 savings) per person. For married couple: $9,400.00 ($1,650.00 savings) per couple.

2. General, Durable Power of Attorney - $400.00 (per person)

5. HIPAA – (Who can receive from providers your confidential health info) - $300.00 (per person)
6. Revocable Living Trust - $3,000.00 (per person)
Revocable Living Trusts for married couple - $5,750.00
7. Limited Liability / Corporation Creation - $800.00
(includes the NCSOS filing fee of $125.00+)
Operating agreement - $400.00-$1,200.00
