ZENO LANCASTER
Hi, I'm Zeno! I own and manage Lancaster Law Firm - a full-service real estate law firm in North Carolina. We offer real estate closings whenever you need them so that clients can move on to the next step of their journey faster.
Faster closings allow the agents that work with us to be more competitive in this ever-changing market. That means more contracts are accepted and closed! Just let us know when you need it done and we can do it! We can also do any other time frame should you not be in any rush.
Born in Asheville and raised in Canton,
I have been practicing Real Estate Law for over 10 years and my firm has been in business since 2014. After attending Pisgah High, I obtained my BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. I then got my Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL in 2007.
I am a HUGE Star Wars nerd, comic book collector, and sports fan (GO HEELS!)
My wife, Venus, and I live in Candler with our dog Rose, a 5-year-old golden retriever.

Jack Pearson
Operations Manager and Attorney
Jack is a real estate attorney based in Asheville, North Carolina, licensed in 2024. Jack's main focus is on guiding clients through real estate transactions with clear communication, practical advice, and a commitment to getting the details right.
He currently livea in North Asheville with his wife, and when he's not practicing law, he enjoys being outside — whether that’s playing a round of golf, exploring Asheville’s incredible trails and mountain views, or just spending time in our vibrant local neighborhoods. He is also a big sports fan and rarely misses a game.

Juliana Price
Preclosing Paralegal
Juliana was born and raised in Colombia, South America. She moved to the United States in her teen years and lived in Florida for most of that time.
Moving to North Carolina, she met her husband and they now reside with their beautiful daughter Luca in West Asheville along with their husky/lab mix. She enjoys cooking and spending quality time with friends and family.
Kaylan Petty
Preclosing Paralegal
Kaylan Petty is a dedicated paralegal with over six years of experience in the legal field, primarily focused on real estate law. As a Certified Public Notary, Kaylan brings a strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accurate and timely document execution.
Currently pursuing a college degree, she balances academic growth with professional excellence, supporting attorneys and clients through all phases of the real estate transaction process.
Jen Monacelli
Title Abstractor
Jen was born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany. After graduating High School, she then continued her education in business and graduated from Konrad Adenauer School in 1993. She started her career in logistics until she moved to the US in 1999. At that time, she took a break from the work force to focus on raising her three boys. She picked up her career in Greenville, SC in 2014 as a Sea Freight coordinator for one of the largest German Sea Freight Companies.
In 2016 she decided to change her career path to real estate with an opportunity at Lancaster Law Firm as a Title Abstractor. She quickly realized that was her passion and has been loving it ever since.

Jen is spending most of her weekends on the soccer and baseball fields with her husband cheering on their boys. In her remaining free time, she loves watching football and is enjoying everything Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer.
Lisa Haney
Office Manager
Lisa is the Office Manager here at Lancaster Law Firm, bringing over 22 years of experience in office management and customer service. She truly enjoys helping things run smoothly and making sure our clients feel taken care of every step of the way.
Outside of work, she is married and a proud mom to one awesome little boy. Lisa also shares her home with a dog and two cats who keep things lively! As a family, Lisa loves spending time together—whether it’s cheering on their son at football games, riding four-wheelers, or gathering with extended family. She also enjoys discovering great new food, wine, and bourbon to add to her collection. Lisa feels incredibly blessed in both her personal life and career, in which she brings that gratitude into everything she does.
