Brianna L. Buckingham
Prior to serving as the firm's managing paralegal, Brianna worked in Washington, D.C. operating primarily in federal tax law, defense, and international humanitarian policy. Her experience working for lobbying firms and non-profits in D.C. helps her appreciate the complexity and nuances of real estate, business, and contract law. This knowledge also helps her create unique strategies for our clients that best suits their needs.
Brianna graduated Cum Laude from St. Mary's College of Maryland with a degree in public policy. She was an active participant in campus and student life and received honors within her major, including induction into Pi Sigma Alpha, the political science honors society. Before graduating, Brianna had a paper published in the school's political science academic journal, Open Water, regarding the conjunction of low-income housing and education policies.
Brianna was excited to make the move from Maryland to Asheville in 2014. She has really enjoyed learning real estate law as well as seeing Asheville grow.
Outside the office, she loves to spend time with her dog, Riley, watch hockey, and take advantage of everything Asheville has to offer.
